Mediterranean cuisine

We have a wide menu where we try to publicize some of the native products of the land of Malaga.
We try to work with seasonal and local products , sometimes with minimal handling and others with long cooking at low temperature.

We also use “Sous Vide” technology that consists of the application of a cooking-pasteurization treatment applying a finish with Kamado, which is a ceramic oven powered by charcoal that gives that touch of smoking how much we like.

Facilities

The Alegria Flamenco tablao has 500 m2, divided into four different spaces that allow you to host all kinds of social, thematic and business events.

The property is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility and accessible bathroom. And to make the experience more complete we have a virtual service system in the tablao so that you can continue to consult our gastronomic offer during the show, thus ordering cocktails, wine and much more with the minimum interference of passage of waiters possible.
